Senior Product Designer role at TieTalent.Responsibilities

Lead the design direction of key projects and work on client products and services, solving complex problems that balance user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements.Contribute to the growth of the design team by guiding mid-level designers, refining processes, and helping to maintain and scale design systems.Play an active role in shaping the team’s strategy.Qualifications

5+ years of design experience with exposure to UX, information architecture, and interaction design; strong prototyping and iterative development skills.Experience leading workshops and brainstorming sessions.Figma proficiency—advanced skills in design system components, responsive design, and prototyping.Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.Familiarity with the healthcare industry (or other highly regulated industries) is desirable.Line management experience is desirable.Working Setup, Salary and Interview

Working set-up: Hybrid (office required 2–3 times per month). Candidates should live within 2 hours of Brighton.Salary: £45,000–£53,000 dependent on experience.Interview process: 3 stages.Important Notice
