They''re looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer who can shape strategy on Monday and be knee-deep in accessibility frameworks and design systems by Friday.This is a rare "thinker-doer" role with real autonomy, real ownership, and real impact.The RoleYou''ll be the primary design lead across complex, high-impact digital programmes. You''ll own the process end-to-end, from discovery and user research to UX exploration and UI delivery, and be the person stakeholders trust to tell them what to do next.This isn''t a pixel-pushing job.
