Purpose of PositionAre you excited by designing intelligent, AI-powered experiences that genuinely help customers? We''re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of AI features across our platform, with a strong focus on evolving our AI chatbot and conversational interfaces.You''ll play a critical role in shaping how AI shows up in our product, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design responsible, human-centred AI experiences. From discovery through to release, you''ll define how users interact with LLM-powered systems, ensuring outputs are useful, transparent, and aligned to real customer needs.Our team is a group of smart, collaborative humans building meaningful experiences at scale.What you''ll be responsible for:Leading discovery for AI-driven features, identifying high-value use cases for LLM integrationDesigning conversational flows, prompts, and interaction patterns for our AI chatbotTranslating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy user experiencesPrototyping AI interactions, including edge cases and failure statesPartnering closely with Engineering and Data teams to understand model behaviour, constraints, and trade-offsDefining success metrics for AI experiences, including usability, trust, and effectivenessEvaluating AI outputs and iterating based on user testing and real-world feedbackContributing to emerging AI design principles, patterns, and governance within the organisationMentoring other ..... full job details .....
