Analyse customer and operational data to identify opportunities, trends and areas for improvement. Apply statistical thinking, experimentation and hypothesis testing to validate ideas and measure success. Build analytical solutions using SQL and Python to support product development and commercial decision-making. Communicate insights clearly, influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
