Overview
Senior Producer/Director to help deliver best-in-class content across a diverse range of projects and output. You will oversee both the longform and shortform functions of the team and line manage key members of those units. You will work with the Video Lead to ensure that all special projects, features, announcements, series and documentaries meet the highest creative and technical standards. On many productions, you will be the Director, working with in-house and external crews, players, supporters and other well-known contributors.We are one of the most famous clubs in world football, with a rich heritage and history. Bring creative executions to life by working closely with the Video Lead to deliver across all club touchpoints, ensuring output connects in a real, inspiring and emotional way with our global supporter familyPush boundaries by taking a vital creative role in special video projects, including major new series formats with key players, long-form documentaries and groundbreaking short films around major club momentsAct as a creative presenter, ideating and presenting to working groups and collaborating with the wider team to align with the club strategyLead teams by managing, motivating and developing the Video teams across long- and short-form contentKeep cultural strategy front of mind by identifying emerging trends and tracking cultural influences that shape fan engagementWhat we are looking for / Qualifications
