Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of procurement projects, ensuring delivery against programme objectives, timescales, budget and governance requirements. Develop and implement procurement and category strategies aligned to business needs. Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including tendering, evaluation and contract award processes. Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and contractors. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Utilise market intelligence and category expertise to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
