Senior Procurement Specialist

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Senior Procurement Specialist, working for a public sector organisation with offices throughout Scotland.Inside of IR35/initial 6 months£375 - £430 a dayHybrid working between home and an office in Edinburgh OR GlasgowThe role will manage end-to-end procurement processes, support stakeholders, and ensure adherence to Scottish procurement legislation and policy.Main Duties: Undertake complete end-to-end procurement process from initial conception to contract award.Leading the development, planning and implementation of strategies for procurements optimising value for money.Active supplier management and customer engagement during the contract life cycle.Essential Criteria:Demonstrable experience in a public sector procurement role in Scotland.Strong working knowledge of Scottish procurement legislation and governance.Experience using PCS/PCS-Tender systems.Proven ability to manage regulated procurements from strategy to contract award.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluation and reporting.Ability to manage multiple procurements and priorities effectively.Please apply today with an updated CV for consideration. ..... full job details .....
