Senior Procurement Professional - Indirect ProcurementLocation: BAE Systems, Scotstoun - HybridContract: 12-month contractWorking Pattern: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week onsiteRate:£35.00 per hour PAYE or £47.12 per hour via Umbrella (inside IR35) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement professional with a strong construction and infrastructure background to play a key role in supporting major projects and delivering effective sourcing, contracting and supplier management activities.The Role As a Senior Procurement Professional, you will provide procurement and commercial support across assigned packages, working closely with project, commercial and operational teams to ensure procurement activities are delivered in line with programme requirements, budgets and business objectives. You will be involved across the full procurement lifecycle, from developing tender documentation and evaluating bids through to supplier negotiations, contract award and ongoing contract management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end procurement activities for assigned packages, including tender preparation, tender evaluation, supplier negotiation and contract award recommendations.Deliver sourcing and procurement activities across infrastructure, construction and capital projects.Provide procurement and commercial support to project teams, ensuring activities align with programme, budget and business requirements.Assist with the development and implementation of effective ..... full job details .....
