indirect categories , confident managing complex supplier relationships, and ready to hit the ground running in a well-established function-this is a great opportunity to make a real difference.You''ll be working closely with internal teams to shape sourcing strategies, manage key third-party relationships, and ensure everything runs smoothly from both a commercial and regulatory point of view. Leading end-to-end category management across UK and IrelandRunning sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs), negotiating contracts, and making sure suppliers deliver what they promiseHelping shape procurement processes, policies, and performance standardsPartnering with finance and business leads to align budgets and spendSupporting compliance with regulatory requirements (FCA/PRA) and helping manage supplier riskDriving value, savings, and smarter ways of working using proven procurement toolsWhat we''re looking for
