What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and developing the procurement function to support growth ambitions.

Building strong, strategic supplier partnerships – particularly across

Sourcing and purchasing

specialist and exotic materials

such as Inconel and other high-performance alloys.

Using engineering expertise to read and interpret technical drawings, ensuring supplier capability.

Expediting supply chain activity to meet demanding operational and commercial objectives.

Delivering measurable

cost savings, resilience, and strategic value

for the business.

What We’re Looking For

A

mechanical engineering background

with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.

A proven

negotiator and relationship builder

with strong commercial acumen.

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic – you spot opportunities and deliver results.

Mandarin language skills

would be a strong advantage.

Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
