This is a long-term contract opportunity to lead strategic sourcing, supply chain engagement and tendering activity, establishing robust framework agreements to support ED3 bids and mobilisation. Key responsibilities: - Lead tendering exercises and establish strategic framework agreements. - Manage supplier engagement, commercial evaluations and contract negotiations. - Compare full subcontract packages against labour-only delivery models. - Work with technical, operational, ESG and legal teams to develop tender-ready documentation. - Assess pricing structures, commercial risks and supplier proposals. - Maintain procurement governance and support subcontractor performance management.
