Overview: We are looking for a Procurement Category Manager to join the team on a 9-12 month FTC. If you are comfortable working across a wide mix of indirect categories, confident managing complex supplier relationships, and ready to hit the ground running in a well-established function, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference.
What you\''ll be doing:
Leading end-to-end category management across UK and Ireland
Running sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs), negotiating contracts, and ensuring suppliers deliver what they promise
Helping shape procurement processes, policies, and performance standards
Partnering with finance and business leads to align budgets and spend
Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements (FCA/PRA) and helping manage supplier risk
Driving value, savings, and smarter ways of working using proven procurement tools
What we\''re looking for:
Solid procurement experience, especially across indirect spend
Collaborative, commercially aware, and able to challenge the status quo when needed
Strong communicator who can build good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Confident managing sourcing and contracts from start to finish
