Lead and deliver

end-to-end procurement activity

across multiple indirect categoriesManage key stakeholder relationships, influencing at senior levels to embed procurement best practice during a period of changeEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, including exposure to

PA23 / public sector frameworksDrive commercial value through sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship managementSupport transformation initiatives, helping to modernise and elevate the procurement functionCandidate Profile / Qualifications

Strong track record in

indirect procurement

within a regulated industry (public sector experience advantageous)Solid understanding of procurement regulations and frameworks, with exposure to

PA23

highly desirableExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the gravitas to engage senior business leadersCommercially astute with proven ability to deliver savings, value, and innovation through procurement strategiesProactive, adaptable, and motivated by the opportunity to make an impact during a period of transformationThis is a unique opportunity to join a
