This is a key work-winning position, working closely with bid, estimating, commercial and operational teams to develop procurement strategies, engage the supply chain and secure competitive, commercially robust solutions. The successful candidate will bring strong experience of bid-stage procurement within civil engineering or infrastructure, combined with excellent supplier management, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
