Senior Procurement and Supply Chain ManagerContract Type: Outside IR35Location: Central London (Flexible Hybrid)Our client, a leading Tier 1 infrastructure and engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to strengthen supplier performance management across a large and complex supply chain.This is a specialist role with no direct line management responsibilities, focused on driving supplier performance, continuous improvement, compliance, and value creation through effective processes, systems, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement teams, operational stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure best-practice performance management is embedded across the business. Key Reponsibilties Support the implementation and evolution of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework.Coordinate supplier performance reviews, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement activities.Develop and maintain supplier performance dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks.Improve performance management processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency, transparency, and risk management.Drive opportunities for automation and digitalisation within supplier performance and reporting activities.Ensure sustainability, safety, compliance, and other strategic objectives are incorporated into supplier performance evaluations.Work with stakeholders across projects and business units to embed ..... full job details .....
