You will lead the process team, collaborating closely with the NPD team to ensure efficient, timely product launches. From site approval to factory scale-up, you’ll oversee the process, ensuring products meet both customer and business expectations while adhering to tight deadlines and technical standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:

Manage NPD and EPD (Existing Product Development) projects, ensuring flawless execution from process handover to full-scale production.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with NPD, technical, and operational teams to ensure a smooth and successful product launch.Product Scale-Up:

Oversee the process of scaling products into factory production, meeting all necessary technical and operational criteria.Customer Focus:

Ensure all projects align with both customer and business expectations, delivering products that meet high-quality standards.About You:A minimum of

3 years'' experience
