Senior Process Technologist

Starting Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 per annum + BonusWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday Site-basedA growing food manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Senior Process Technologist to join its NPD team, taking a key role in turning innovative kitchen concepts into commercially successful products.Working closely with the Chef Director, you will lead the technical process development of new and existing products from concept through to launch, ensuring recipes can be successfully scaled into efficient, consistent and production-ready manufacturing processes without compromising on quality or innovation.You''ll work cross-functionally with NPD, Operations, Technical, Quality and Commercial, taking the technical lead across factory trials, scale-ups and first productions while identifying opportunities to improve processes, yields and manufacturing efficiency.This is a hands-on role combining technical expertise, project leadership and people development.
