Working independently on cross-functional activities to support the introduction of new products on existing manufacturing processesTaking a lead role in defining and delivering requirements for introduction of new processes, projects and equipmentLeading scientific/technical troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to determine root cause of events and identify suitable mitigation to prevent re-occurrenceBeing primary point of contact for technical support for assigned product(s) within OXB portfolio and Subject Matter Expert (SME)Leading client facing projects as an MSAT representativeQualifications
A degree in a Life Sciences or Biochemical Engineering discipline and/or significant proven experience in GMP biopharmaceutical or gene therapy manufacturing processingAn understanding of health, safety and environmental aspects of the work carried out and ideally experience in using process hazard analysis (PHA) methodologies such as FMEA, HAZOP and HACCPKnowledge of quality and regulatory requirements to enable clinical and commercial manufacture.Experience using statistical data analysis tools such as JMP and/or Minitab is desirableUnderstanding of process control and automation would be idealAbout Us
