Senior Process Design Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to take a leading role within our Design Team, responsible for planning, directing, and delivering high-quality process designs across a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater treatment projects. In this position, you will oversee technical delivery, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that all solutions meet rigorous regulatory, environmental, and client requirements. You will collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, regulators, and clients to ensure each project is aligned, efficient, and future-focused. Alongside driving technical excellence, you will mentor junior engineers, champion innovation, and promote sustainable, cost-effective treatment solutions that meet the evolving needs of the water industry. Please note that this role requires you to be in the office or on site at least 3 times a week.
