Senior Private Client Solicitor

Eventus Legal are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a progressive regional law firm in Farnham, Surrey. This is a full time, permanent job position offering a salary of £55,000 to £75,000 depending on experience, with hybrid flexible working available after probation, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, performance related bonus scheme, company pension, and free parking onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client lawyer to manage technically complex work, supervise junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of a well regarded department.Role ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Private Client Solicitor in Farnham, Surrey you will manage a varied caseload and provide technically strong, practical advice to individuals and families on a broad range of Private Client matters.Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, including complex and high value Private Client matters.Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on Wills, succession planning, estate planning and Inheritance Tax mitigation.Draft complex Wills and trust documentation and advise on the creation and administration of lifetime and testamentary trusts.Handle trust registration, ongoing trust management and related taxation matters where appropriate.Manage complex probate and estate administrations, including high value and taxable estates, and advise executors, trustees and beneficiaries.Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of ..... full job details .....
