My client is a highly respected law firm, established near New Malden, Surrey. Due to on-going growth, they are now seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor (4-year plus PQE) to join their law firm. Position Overview: Overseeing junior members of the Private client Team, (currently consisting of 3x fee earners plus support staff) Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust Dealing with Trust Administration and the administration of estates Providing tax advice to a range of clients Running your own case-load and reporting to the leads in the team Providing legal advice to clients in stressful situations Keeping up to date with any changes in the law Maintsin and nurture existing relationships with valued clients whilst developing new connections Maintain organised and up to date files, adhering to the firms policies Position Requirements: 4 years + PQE Private Client Solicitor Excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate commitment Excellent organisation and time-keeping skills Energetic and enthusiastic, and works well ..... full job details .....
