You will manage a varied caseload, including the following responsibilities.Responsibilities

Drafting Wills, LPAs, and Declarations of TrustCourt of Protection mattersTax and estate planningProbate and estate administrationAdvising elderly and vulnerable clients with care and professionalismIn addition, you will contribute to the growth of the department through mentoring junior colleagues, assisting with business development, and representing the firm through networking and client engagement.Candidate Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years\'' PQE in Private Client lawExisting client followingStrong expertise across Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, and Court of ProtectionExcellent communication skills and client-focused approachOrganised, detail-oriented, and confident managing files independentlyLeadership qualities with the ability to guide and support othersFull driving licence (for occasional client visits)Skills and Attributes
