Senior Private Client Solicitor

Elite Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor on behalf of a well-established High Street law firm. Due to continued expansion, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a thriving Wills and Probate team. The Role The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience within private client work and the ability to manage a full caseload independently. Experience across a range of private client matters is essential, including: Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Administration of Trusts Administration of Estates Deeds of Variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement Tax and estate planning The Candidate We are looking for a highly motivated and personable individual with strong legal ability and a genuine commitment to providing excellent client care. You will ideally have at least 5 years'' PQE, together with: Excellent communication and client care skills The ability to work effectively as part of an established team Excellent IT skills A professional, motivated and enthusiastic approach STEP qualification would be advantageous, but is not essential Client care is of the utmost importance within the firm, so a strong commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering an excellent service to clients is essential.
