About the Firm

CRA Legal is proud to partner with a well-established specialist law firm renowned for its expertise in Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Employment Law, and Dispute Resolution. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to expand its Private Client Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to join a supportive, collaborative team with a strong reputation in the sector.

The Role

You will play a key role in managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters while supporting the Department Head and mentoring junior team members. The role offers scope for development and progression within a stable and growing firm.Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload including:Wills and Probate

Trusts and Estate Planning

Elderly Client Matters

Court of Protection Applications

Powers of Attorney

Support senior fee earners and contribute to team success

Assist in training and guiding junior colleagues as needed

Work toward agreed fee-earning targets

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and SRA regulatory requirements

Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain SRA Continuing Competence

About You

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in Private Client work

Confident handling a varied and busy caseload

Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Highly organised, self-motivated, and a team player

Committed to high standards of client care and legal service
