Senior Private Client Solicitor

An ambitious and well-regarded regional law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to play a key role in the continued growth of its highly regarded Private Client Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor or authorised Chartered Legal Executive seeking high-quality work, genuine career progression, and the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a growing department. The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team and will be encouraged to develop both existing client relationships and new business opportunities. The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload with an emphasis on technically challenging Private Client matters. Responsibilities Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion. Advise high-net-worth individuals and families. Draft complex Wills and trust documentation. Advise on Inheritance Tax mitigation strategies. Create and administer lifetime and testamentary trusts. Deal with complex estate administrations. Advise executors, trustees and beneficiaries. Handle Court of Protection and Deputyship matters. Supervise junior solicitors, legal executives and support staff. Assist with business development and networking. Build relationships with financial advisers, accountants and other professional referrers. Produce articles, seminars and marketing content to support the department''s continued growth.
