The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload with an emphasis on technically challenging Private Client matters. ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload from instruction through to completion.Advise high-net-worth individuals and families.Draft complex Wills and trust documentation.Advise on Inheritance Tax mitigation strategies.Create and administer lifetime and testamentary trusts.Deal with complex estate administrations.Advise executors, trustees and beneficiaries.Handle Court of Protection and Deputyship matters.Supervise junior solicitors, legal executives and support staff.Assist with business development and networking.Build relationships with financial advisers, accountants and other professional referrers.Produce articles, seminars and marketing content to support the department''s continued growth.
