This role will involve leading the delivery of mechanical building services design across a wide range of projects within the commercial, healthcare, residential, industrial, retail, care and mixed-use sectors. The successful Senior / Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will play a key role in the design and coordination of HVAC and mechanical systems, supporting low-carbon and sustainable building solutions across all RIBA stages.Senior / Principal Mechanical Design Engineer ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical building services design across multiple project sectorsDeliver projects through all RIBA design stages from concept to constructionDesign HVAC systems including ventilation, heating, cooling and associated plant systemsProduce and review specifications, schedules, technical reports and design calculationsCoordinate designs within multidisciplinary BIM and CAD environmentsSupport the integration of low-carbon and renewable technologies into building designsLiaise directly with clients, architects, contractors and design teamsAttend project meetings and provide technical input ..... full job details .....
