As a Senior / Principal Environmental Consultant at Arup, you will lead and contribute to projects across multiple sectors with a focus on transport, aiming to deliver sustainable, high-quality outcomes.Responsibilities

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and design, driving solutions to environmental challenges; leading the preparation and coordination of Environmental Impact Assessments and ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and client expectations while identifying enhancements and suitable mitigations.Building relationships with regulatory authorities, stakeholders and clients to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards; providing expert advice on environmental policies, regulations and best practices; monitoring and reporting on the implementation of environmental management plans and compliance with EIA conditions.Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.Full membership of an appropriate institute (e.g., IEMA or equivalent).Professional experience in environmental consulting.Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects in the transport sector.Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
