Lead a team to produce a hazards assessment or author a complex safety case, justifying and supporting the critical decision-making in the design, operation, and/or decommissioning of nuclear facilities.Influence the client’s strategic direction to support obtaining a nuclear site licence for their innovative design.Network to develop the business pipeline within your capability and deliver technical work to the highest standard.Present solutions to regulators and other stakeholders, addressing technically complex problems and ensuring attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in sight.Contribute to and learn from the wider technical community within AtkinsRéalis, collaborating within multidisciplinary engineering teams.Develop and mentor junior engineers to support growth and improve project delivery capability, while strengthening leadership skills.Qualifications / Experience

Experience in leading technical delivery of projects and addressing technically complex problems.Ability to present technical solutions to different stakeholders, including regulators.Willingness to collaborate across diverse client bases including defence, nuclear generation, and nuclear new build, including fusion and SMR markets.Why AtkinsRéalis?
