As a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer in our Nuclear, Defence, and Civil division, you''ll lead projects, provide technical expertise, and collaborate with teams across the UK to deliver innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet client requirements on time, within budget, and to high standards.Oversee electrical building services work, ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.Manage project scope, planning, and resource allocation.Mentor teams and review deliverables for quality.Engage with clients and participate in design reviews and safety assessments.Candidate Requirements

Extensive engineering design experience in regulated industries, preferably nuclear.Proven leadership and influence in engineering practices.Knowledge of industry standards and legislation.Proficiency with relevant software tools.Degree in a related field; Chartered status preferred.Why Join Us?
