We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior Principal to lead DevOps Engineering across our AI products group. This role is critical in enabling the development, deployment, and scaling of cutting-edge AI products that transform banking operations and customer experiences. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to build robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML solutions.OPPORTUNITIES

Infrastructure and Automation

Design and operate hybrid cloud infrastructure across Cloud (Azure, AWS) and on-prem environments.

Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Azure ARM/Bicep, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible).

Automate configuration management and routine tasks (e.g. Python, Bash).

CI/CD and GitOps

Maintain and optimize infrastructure, Pipeline-as-Code and shared libraries (e.g. Teamcity, Jenkins).

Implement AI deployments and workflows ( e.g. GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or FluxCD for Kubernetes-based AI deployments).

Containerization and Orchestration

Containerize AI applications using Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, on-prem).

Use Helm, ingress controllers, and service meshes to manage complex deployments.

Security and Compliance

Integrate security tools such as Snyk, Trivy, OWASP ZAP, and SonarQube into CI/CD pipelines.

Manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, and Azure Key Vault.

Operate cloud-native security services like Azure Defender, AWS GuardDuty, Security Hub, Inspector, and Config.

Monitoring and Observability

Build centralized monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk, Azure Monitor, and AWS CloudWatch.

Collaboration and Leadership

Partner with Compliance, Security, Architecture, Operations, and Support teams to ensure enterprise-grade reliability and compliance.

Mentor junior engineers and champion DevOps best practices across the AI engineering organizationSKILLS

10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.

Deep expertise in Azure, AWS, and hybrid infrastructure.

Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and service mesh technologies.

Strong experience with TeamCity, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps tools.

Proven track record in implementing secure, compliant, and scalable DevOps practices.VALUES
