As Senior Principal Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Principal Designer services, with a strong focus on design risk management and CDM compliance. In addition, you will support business growth through bid writing and fee management. The role also includes mentoring and overseeing the London team, with the long-term progression into a Programme Manager position.
