This role offers significant scope to lead technical delivery on complex infrastructure schemes, mentor junior colleagues and act as the primary client-facing engineering lead across key development projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery and detailed design of civil engineering schemes, focusing on highways, infrastructure and drainage solutions (SuDS). Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients, local authorities, statutory bodies and main contractors. Manage section agreement submissions and approvals (S38, S278, S104, S185). Mentor, support and review the work of graduate and junior engineers within the team. Conduct site walkovers, technical appraisals and feasibility assessments.
