We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior/ Principal/ Associate level Landscape Architectandnbsp;(Planning and Design) to lead project delivery across a diverse portfolio of landscape and environmental design projects. This role involves responsibility for project management, team coordination, technical oversight, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead project teams and collaborate closely with clients and design consultants to deliver projects in line with briefs, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Report to company leadership on project progress, staff management, and day£to£day operational matters.
  • Prepare fee proposals, bids, and invoices.
  • Ensure full compliance with BIM and CDM requirements.
  • Review and sign off technical drawings, LVIA plans, and illustrative material.
  • Undertake site visits and prepare Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs), including assessment of effects.
  • Produce Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) baseline studies.
  • Prepare a range of technical reports, including capacity assessments, feasibility studies, strategic masterplanning documents, site promotion material, and Design and Access Statements.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Support the team in preparing material for planning appeals.
  • Demonstrate ambition and commitment to progressing into senior management responsibilities.



Qualifications, Skills andamp; Experience



  • Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 yearsandrsquo; professional practice experience.
  • Strong understanding of the UK planning system and planning processes.
  • Proven experience undertaking LVIAs with excellent research and report£writing skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the technical disciplines involved in landscape and visual assessment and masterplanning.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and quality.
  • Ability to manage project teams, prioritise workload, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic, organised, pragmatic, motivated, and hardworking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
