The Essex office is looking for a Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer to join an established team.The RoleLeading mechanical design on projects across education, residential, commercial, industrial and a growing healthcare portfolioWorking mainly at RIBA Stage 4 and beyond, producing detailed technical design and construction-level information through to commissioning, often for mechanical and electrical contractorsCovering heating, ventilation, air conditioning and comfort cooling, with a strong focus on sustainabilityWorking closely with Directors, electrical and public health colleagues and in-house Revit technicians in one coordinated MEP modelPrincipal-level candidates will have the chance to build client relationships and contribute to fee ..... full job details .....
