Senior Primary Care Nurse
to join our Primary Care team at
HMP The Mount , a category C training prison built on the site of a former RAF station on the outskirts of Bovingdon village, Hertfordshire. In this role you''ll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed.Job summary

As a Senior Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will:Be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team by bringing your clinical skills and passion for care.Undertake a wide variety of tasks including screening, assessments, examinations, and tests, as well as answering emergency bells and potentially attending emergencies.Develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.Share knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure safe care, building strong multi-disciplinary teams and supporting each other to do a great job.If you are interested in

Job responsibilities
As a Senior Nurse you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions. You will undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening.You will contribute to our nursing strategy and vision to:Provide
