We are currently working with a leading build and construction investor developer in NYC who are in the market to attract and bring in to the New York team an experienced senior level Preconstruction Manager. As a Senior Preconstruction Manager, you will be tasked with being responsible for leading and managing on build and construction projects across the city. Project focus is that of those in the commercial sector including high-end office space, hotels & hospitality, through to the occasional retail project. The firm is also starting to investigate project work in the datacentre & industrials market too. You will provide preconstruction services & advice, from cradle to grave, starting from early design through to final sign off.
