We are currently working with a leading build and construction investor developer in NYC who are in the market to attract and bring in to the New York team an experienced senior level Preconstruction Manager.

As a Senior Preconstruction Manager, you will be tasked with being responsible for leading and managing on build and construction projects across the city. Project focus is that of those in the commercial sector including high-end office space, hotels & hospitality, through to the occasional retail project. The firm is also starting to investigate project work in the datacentre & industrials market too.

You will provide preconstruction services & advice, from cradle to grave, starting from early design through to final sign off. Providing knowledge and recommendations on matters such as feasibility & cost estimates.

• We are keen to speak with those who hold a relevant construction biased degree or Masters.
• Have demonstratable experience and successful precon experience gained in the commercial build and construction market
• Have acted as a lead on various bids.
• And has some experience of mentoring others.
• Advanced user of MS Excel.
• Have experience of preparing pricing proposals.
• Have strong presentation capabilities.
• Strong all round communication skills.

On offer will a competitive salary in the region of c$150,000 - c$200,000 pa plus a benefits package including Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401(k) matching, Parental Leave, Professional Development Assistance.
