As a Senior Pre Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the early stages of our projects, ensuring that all pre-construction activities are meticulously planned and executed. You will collaborate closely with our design, procurement, and construction teams to drive project success from conception through to delivery.Key Responsibilities

Lead the pre-construction phase of multiple fit out projects, ensuring all activities align with project goals.Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulations.Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and cost estimates to stakeholders.Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the pre-construction phase.Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Pre Construction Manager, preferably within the design and build fit out sector.Strong understanding of construction processes, design principles, and building regulations.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Benefits
