This is a key leadership position responsible for taking projects from award stage through to delivery readiness, ensuring design, procurement, production, and operations are fully aligned before site works commence.This role would suit an operationally focused pre-construction professional with a strong understanding of façade systems, buildability, programme management, and project delivery.Essential RequirementsPrevious Pre-Construction Management experience within the façade, cladding, curtain walling, or building envelope sectorAdvanced Microsoft Project planning and programming skillsStrong understanding of façade systems, construction sequencing, and buildabilityExperience coordinating design, procurement, production, and operational teamsProven ability to manage project programmes, risks, and stakeholder expectationsStrong commercial awareness and project delivery mindsetImportantThis is not a sales-focused pre-construction role.
