As the service continues to build and grow, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Practitioner to support the delivery of high-quality services to children and families. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Social Workers looking to step into a more senior role and further develop their leadership, mentoring and practice development skills within a supportive environment. Role Overview As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Manager and driving high standards of practice across the team. Alongside managing a caseload of more complex children and families, you will provide guidance, support and reflective supervision to colleagues, helping to develop practice and contribute to the service improvement agenda. Key Responsibilities Hold and manage a caseload involving children and families with more complex needs and risks, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Provide support during visits, meetings and planning processes involving children, young people and their families. Work alongside the Team Manager to lead the team and support the delivery of the service improvement plan.
