Senior Practitioner Learning Team Birmingham Children''s Trust £33.30 per hour Sheldon Phillips are working in partnership with Birmingham Children''s Trust to recruit an experienced Senior Practitioner to join their Learning Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished practitioner who is passionate about professional development, quality practice and supporting others to achieve excellent outcomes for children and families. The Learning Team plays a key role in developing and embedding high-quality social work practice across the organisation. Working closely with practitioners, managers and partners, you will support the delivery of learning initiatives, promote continuous improvement and contribute to the development of a confident and skilled workforce. Role Overview As a Senior Practitioner within the Learning Team, you will use your extensive frontline experience to support the learning and development of social workers across Birmingham Children''s Trust. You will contribute to the design and delivery of training, facilitate reflective learning opportunities and help ensure that practice remains child-focused, evidence-informed and aligned with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of the Trust''s learning and development programme. Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops and practice development activities.
