Senior Practitioner - Community Learning Disability Team (Temporary)

37 hours per weekTemporary up to February 2027 or until the post holder returns; whichever is earlier.This is an exciting opportunity to support the Community Learning.Disability Team and the Team manager for a fixed term of one year to cover. maternity leave. You will have experience of learning disability services, staff supervision and team development. You will also hold a caseload of complex cases. The detailed job purpose is below:Working with the team manager you will promote high standards of professional practice, provide leadership, and high level support to the Team Manager of the Community Learning Disability Team that provide a multi-disciplinary approach and response to adults with a learning disability.
