This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Worker or Senior Practitioner with strong Children in Care / Looked After Children (LAC) experience to join a supportive team and help achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.    The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload, undertake statutory social work responsibilities and work closely with children, families, carers and partner agencies.
