Senior Practitioner - Assessment Team

JOB 791d94d2Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Senior Practitioner within the Assessment Team to work part time based in Waltham Forest. The salary for this permanent Senior Practitioner job is up to £46,857 per annum.Main duties:Conduct statutory and/or complex specialist assessments of the more vulnerable children and young people and to determine intervention/referral to the appropriate service.Plan, deliver and oversee interventions for a complex caseload and where appropriate review cases.Provide professional expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies in supporting children and young people.Liaise internally and externally and work with colleagues from other agencies to ensure children and young people''s interests are supported.Maintain properly documented case files, records and information.
