Lead, coach and develop the team, creating a high-performance culture. Manage employee performance, development and engagement. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients. Support client retention, growth and business development. Ensure consistently high standards of service and technical quality. Maintain effective governance, risk management and compliance processes. Ensure the practice operates in accordance with relevant UK accounting, tax and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology and ways of working. Monitor operational and financial performance against agreed objectives.
