Senior Power Platform Developer

Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer required to join a high-profile digital transformation programme. Long term engagement on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week on site based in the West Midlands.Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translating them into scalable Power Platform solutions. Analyse and improve business processes, recommending enhancements and best practices. Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices across the team. Collaborate within Agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story creation. Work within established standards and governance frameworks while helping to enhance them. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, sharing knowledge of emerging Power Platform capabilities. Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, avoiding unnecessary complexity and over-engineering. Skills andamp; Experience Strong experience designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills. Experience working in Agile environments, including writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
