Senior Power Platform Developer required by a leading professional services organisation based in central Bristol. Salary: up to £65,000 + 10-15% bonus Hybrid working: 3 days onsite per week Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join a busy and successful IT Development team. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver enterprise-scale automation, applications and integrations across the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a senior position combining hands-on technical delivery with technical leadership, governance and mentoring responsibilities. Main Responsibilities Lead the design, development, testing and release of complex solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. Work closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code review to developers within the team. Define and promote development standards, best practice and governance across Power Platform solutions. Ensure solutions meet appropriate security, data governance and change management standards. Design and implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure services, APIs and third-party systems. Work as part of an Agile/Scrum team, contributing to planning, estimation and delivery.
