Senior Portfolio and Operations ManagerMy well established, market leading Client is urgently recruiting for an experienced Senior Portfolio and Operations Manager to lead portfolio governance, operational management and financial oversight across a Digital function, supporting a major technology integration programme. The role will provide consolidated insight into portfolio performance, budgets, risks, resources and benefits, enabling effective decision-making and ensuring the Digital function operates efficiently and consistently.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Digital portfolio and PMO governance framework, including planning, prioritisation, delivery reporting, stage gates, risks, issues and dependencies.Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, expenditure tracking and reporting, ensuring effective cost control and value for money.Manage audit activity, risk governance and compliance, ensuring actions and improvements are tracked through to completion.Coordinate Digital Board governance, including agendas, papers, decisions, approvals and follow-up actions.Drive benefits realisation and performance reporting, providing clear insight into delivery progress, investment outcomes and key performance indicators.Lead resource and capacity planning across the portfolio, identifying constraints, capability gaps and competing priorities.Oversee portfolio-level vendor and partner governance, contract compliance, supplier performance and procurement ..... full job details .....
