In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in managing our organisation''s portfolio, ensuring that we align our investments with strategic objectives and drive towards our net-zero goals. Key Responsibilities:Portfolio Planning: Assist in developing and maintaining portfolio plans to ensure alignment across programmes and projects.Portfolio Pipeline Management: Track and manage the Enterprise Portfolio pipeline to ensure all demand is captured accurately.Approvals Management: Coordinate the portfolio "front door" process, ensuring completeness of submissions and supporting governance.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing processes and tools through stakeholder feedback and data insights.Financial Management: Support portfolio financial tracking and reporting to provide timely insights on budgets and forecasts.Data and Management Information: Create high-quality portfolio data and reporting to inform decision-making.Governance Support: Prepare materials for governance forums and ensure data accuracy for effective decision-making.
